To proceed with your reservation setup, please fill out the below form and be sure to call us at 516-209-2768 to confirm your appointment with us. We're located at 828 Hempstead Tpke. Franklin Square, NY 11010. Parking spaces are available in the rear of our building, or you may also park on the side streets. All DMV forms must be completed and signed before arrival.
We operate from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and we are closed on weekends and most official holidays. Your appointments are important to us, so please call to confirm them. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments due to the high volume of no-shows. Additionally, as a private service bureau, our DMV transactions include a service fee. We recommend bringing a blank check for any DMV charges. Thank you for your understanding.
