To proceed with your reservation setup, please fill out the below form and be sure to call us at 516-530-7691 to confirm your appointment with us. We're located at 828 Hempstead Tpke. Franklin Square, NY 11010. Parking spaces are available in the rear of our building, or you may also park on the side streets. All DMV forms must be completed and signed before arrival.
We operate Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM and are closed on weekends. Please call us to confirm your appointments, as we reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments due to the high volume of no-shows. Additionally, we are a private service bureau, and our DMV transactions involve a service fee. We recommend bringing a blank check for any DMV charges. Thank you for your understanding.

Due to some restrictions made by the DMV, we cannot assist our clients with the following: Learner permit, identifications, tickets, driver's license, suspensions, or personal-related DMV transactions.
